RCSU (Pac) Reorganization 2016/2017
Feedback Opportunity In December 2015, RCSU (Pac) restructured into a single cohesive headquarters to better serve and support the Cadet Program in BC. This fundamental change in our structure created a shift in the way we do business, and we are still refining our roles and processes. At that time, I promised I would ask for your feedback this fall so that we can ensure we continue to improve our support to you. I believe that feedback is an important part of our internal communications process and will be a part of our ongoing focus. |

This is your opportunity to provide that feedback. This completely voluntary and anonymous form should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and will provide us with better insight into how we are doing to support you and where you see room for improvement in all areas of RCSU (Pac). There are also several open-ended opportunities for you to provide comments on anything we haven’t captured in this feedback form.
You can access the RCSU (Pac) Feedback Form here. This feedback opportunity will be available until 30 January 2016.
Commanding Officer’s Video Message
As you may know, there will be more changes to the structure of RCSU (Pac) coming in 2016/17 and onwards. It’s important that you understand the benefits for you and your corps and squadrons that will come with these changes so we have created a video message, which can be found in the RCSU (Pac) Reorganization section of the File Repository.
Please share this message, and the feedback opportunity, with your staff and volunteers. I wish you all the best of the season and sincerely look forward to your responses.
